- on the next page, fill in all the info (and turn on the auto-fill on your browser to memorize your info if you know what it is)
- go back to the front page and add the keyboard into cart when sale starts

- add checkout test fee in your cart a few minutes before the sale

- on the information page, fill in all the info and select continue to shipping
- on the shipping page, select continue to payment

- delete the checkout test fee

- add the keyboard into your cart and check out
- it should take you to the shipping page (bypassed the information page)
- you'll be asked to select a new rate but just continue to payment
- this is the possible fail point, if your shipping shows free, you need to refresh the page (UNLESS YOU ARE IN HK where shipping is free)

- Keyboards
- customers who successfully received an order number from the keyboard purchase will have 24 hours at least to purchase the necessary plate and pcb combo + extra parts needed (including for other keyboards)
- no shipping cost will be charged on that pcb+plate combo but may incur if lots of extra parts were ordered
- this is to help decrease the options you need to tick during the rush hours thus lower the chance of accidentally wrong specs chosen
- if no order number was given, your money will never reach our PayPal nor bank account, refund will be authorized automatically but can take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's policy
- parts
- we don't have a dedicated staff to ship out extra parts sold separately from the keyboard itself
- thus our shipping time from your purchase might take up to a month if we are busy with a new project release
- please do not ask us to expedite as we might not be able to cater such requests
- this will change as we introduce more accessories into our platform
- some accessories are not sold like daughterboards
- we will keep those in-stock as long as possible but not for the insurance purpose
- with that said, Syrah will hook you up when yours is broken

- mo(1) is the function, press that so we can access to layer 1 thus resetting the keyboard without taking it apart
- layer is a very interesting and helpful function of qmk and generally the customized keyboard world. It's highly recommended for users to learn a bit about QMK here: Simple Keycodes - QMK

- the JST socket might be detached from the PCB if pushed in the JST cable with blunt force
- please be careful during installation and dismantling your JST cable
